   The Dean Mr. Fan Shunke from China Nonferrous Metal Organization nonferrous metal technical and economic research institution said, International part: financial crisis deep seated influence appears constantly, downtown in economy and trade part, high tech manufacture return to developed country, the low end field transfer to emerging economies, international trade friction aggravating, the price of bulk stock is continuously reducing. Domestically, the capacity still exist for recant years, real state, car, basic instruments, and so on traditional requirements would not keep dramatically increase. The danger of ecological civilization and the restrain of component cost increasingly prominent. Some surplus productivity problem cannot solve in the short term. In the working field, the nonferrous metal line in china will facing the new situation of shortage of outside needs and the fluctuation of market price and so on, multiple pressures. Since this year the running of nonferrous metal industry appears some features below: The first is ten nonferrous metal capacities appears negative growth since financial crisis at the first time. The second is the price appears increasing but still much lower than the same period in last year. The third is the decrease of the profit of companies. The fourth is the import and export amount are reducing. Right now, the copper rod industry domestically has the problems of surplus productivity and the slowdown of enlargement, substitution in consumption and so on, also facing the opportunities of supply side structural reform, plan of distribution network construction reform, low copper price market and the government part. Grab the opportunity and facing the challenge is the main task for copper rod industry in 13th Five Years Plan。
