G.Y.M joins hands with Xiekeyun SRM to create a new model of supply chain management

  On the afternoon of March 9, 2021, the "G.Y.M-Xiekeyun SRM Project" was officially launched. Xiekeyun-Project Manager Shan Jianhui, Yongxiong-Purchasing Department, Finance Department, Quality Control Department, Information Team and Warehouse Team, etc. Related personnel participated in the kick-off meeting and the first training.

  SRM is the abbreviation of Supply Chain Relationship Management (Supplier Relationship Management). It is a solution dedicated to improving the management thinking and software technology of supplier relationship. It is implemented in the fields related to corporate procurement business and establishes long-term relationships with suppliers. , Close business relationship, integrate resources and competitive advantages of both parties, reduce procurement costs, improve work efficiency, and achieve a win-win situation.

  "G.Y.M-Xiekeyun SRM Project" is an initiative of the company's procurement and construction management reform. At the project kick-off meeting, Mr. Shan Jianhui, the project team manager and implementation consultant of Xiekeyun, introduced the composition and division of labor of the project team, implementation plan, and project goals.   

a、It took 1 month to realize online collaboration of 30 suppliers through Xieke Cloud;

  b、In 3 months, all online suppliers have fully used the functions of order coordination, delivery coordination, incoming inspection, and reconciliation/invoice coordination.

After the project meeting, the first internal training was carried out. Participants conducted consultations on common problems encountered in actual work combined with software applications, and the consultant Mr. Jianhui Shan answered them one by one. Supplier training adopts online classroom as the main method and offline training as the supplementary method for learning.
