Summary of digital + 6S project implementation will be carried out smoothly

At 9:30 a.m. on January 13, 2022, lean "digital + 6S" project leaders held a project implementation summary meeting.

At the meeting, the project team summarized the completion of the overall plans of the first and second phases, determined the business process of digital implementation, and also showed the objectives to be achieved in the first phase of the planning of machine processing.

At the same time, the next step of the machining plan was also announced at the meeting, which was to carry out rolling training for employees at various posts, and also defined the 6S work plan of the installation workshop before the year.
