The first Council of Foshan cable industry association was successfully held

   On July 6, 2022, the first Council of the first session of Foshan wire and Cable Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as Foshan wire and Cable Association) and the seminar on enterprise response to the new situation were held in Guangdong Zhongbao cable. After listening to the report, President Luyufeng highly recognized the work of the association and put forward expectations for the new process of the association. He said that in recent years, affected by the epidemic, cable enterprises have faced enormous pressure and challenges. I hope that through this meeting, we can sort out and discuss the new situation and challenges faced by the industry, reach a consensus through exchanges, form a joint force, study positive and effective coping strategies, and clarify the direction of adjustment and efforts in the next step.

Tang Chongjian, a professor level senior engineer, once served as the president of three listed companies: Baosheng Group, Jinbei group and Moen electric, and also served as the president of Guangxi zonglan cable group, a private enterprise. He has worked in the online cable industry for 37 years, and made an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the cable industry and the overall severe economic situation, It is proposed that the potential of enterprises in the post epidemic era should be explored from the following seven aspects: 1. Tamping the foundation stone: only when the line is stable can we achieve a long-term goal; 2. Cutting costs: the tip of the needle should also be cut; 3. Precision manufacturing: good products will smile; 4. Strong service: artillery guidance? 5. Micro Innovation: make progress every day. 6. Lead the team: focus on wisdom and strength. 7. Keep responsibility: only the original heart can always be. In response to the severe market economy environment, enterprises must strengthen risk control, achieve financial conservatism, reduce inventory, ensure enterprise cash flow, maximize sales / minimize costs, service is the most differentiated competitiveness, the market is the leader, and all functional departments should play a role in supporting marketing.

Lin Wei, Secretary General of Guangdong electric wire and cable industry association, also introduced his visit to more than 70 cable enterprises in 2022. The overall situation is not optimistic, but there are also five sections for rapid growth: 1) cables for the medical industry 2) cables in the new energy field 3) robot cables 4) photovoltaic cables 5) energy storage cables.
