At present, the Lean culture of the team is worth learning, especially the performance of individuals and teams through the bonus and deduction mechanism. In addition, in recent years, the production capacity has been increased by 40% without increasing site, equipment and personnel, which shows the necessity of lean production. Mingdao company and Guo are always close friends. We saw in Yongtong that Mingdao's counseling projects, from production process to site adjustment, have achieved preliminary results in 40 days. Therefore, the district president believes that under the leadership of President Guo as the general consultant of the project and the on-site guidance of Hemingway, the project will be carried out smoothly and succeed.
Subsequently, the district general manager officially announced the official launch of the project and appointed Liu Zhongliang, executive deputy general manager of the company, as the project director and Zou shengqian, manager of human resources department, as the project manager. At the same time, the district president put forward the objectives and effects of the three stages of the project.
The first stage (3 months) is to establish specifications and control production. Effect: production is controlled by the planning system and randomness is eliminated; A material has a clear identity in any status.
The second stage (4 months) is to optimize production capacity and build kanban. Effect: the production plan is driven by the contract order to avoid the disconnection between production and contract progress; All production and material status can be learned in the information system.
In the third stage, the ultimate goal is digital flower factory and continuous Lean culture. Effect: the data system leads the production arrangement, and the performance mechanism leads the continuous lean.
