In the afternoon of February 24, Guangdong Wire and Cable Industry Association, Foshan Wire and Cable Industry Association and Dongguan Wire and Cable Industry Association jointly hosted the first series of industry "pioneering enterprises" activities in 2023, which was successfully carried out in Foshan "Guangdong Innovative Development Copper Co., Ltd.". This activity conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the current development status of the cable industry, the needs of the copper industry, and how to attach importance to and make good use of talents, the scale and objectives of enterprise development, and how to seek vitality and development in the fierce market competition. At the same time, it will also increase the linkage between copper raw material enterprises, copper processing enterprises and cable production enterprises in Guangdong Province to promote win-win cooperation among various parties.

 President Guan shared at the meeting: First, we need to pay attention to the market, capital and talents to run a good enterprise and cause. In the past, we attached importance to management and operation, and now we must attach importance to the platform. Finally, any competition cannot be separated from talent competition.
